When you place an order with us on our online store you will see multiple shipping options in the shopping cart once you provide and confirm your shipping address you will be able to see the exact charges and delivery time.
SHIPPING TIME
At Dutchy professionals, it’s our philosophy that beauty products fall in a category that you or your customers can’t wait to receive and we make sure with our courier partners to make timed deliveries, Orders we receive from Monday through Friday till 17:00h CET will be shipped the same day. The exact delivery date and time depend on the chosen shipping method and destination. When you enter your shipping details you will see an estimated delivery date. Please note; that we are dependent on the services of the carrier and cannot be held responsible for any delays beyond our fault but our courier partners are professional and reliable and we are also available 24/7 to resolve any potential issues that you might face.
TRACK AND TRACE
After placing your order you will receive an order confirmation and a shipping confirmation from Dutchy Professionals by email. When your order is accepted by the courier you will also receive a confirmation from them with the tracking info. Via the Track & Trace option, you can track your order from sending to delivery and you also have the option to change the delivery moment and/or location (additional extra costs are borne by the recipient).
